The reason I say this is from the section from the RS wiki. On average, you need to infuse 100 pouches for all the charges to be used up for each spirit gem. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Spirit_gems I can't say it's 100% accurate...but RS wiki info is very often correct...It's not exactly 100, but the average is 100.

Okay guys please help me out. According to the rs wiki...spirit gems last about 100ish charm right? If that's right... I have... 3 diamond gems 8 ruby 15 emerald And 33 sapphire... That means I have a possibility of 5.9k chamrs yes..?

I'm thinking with all the spirit gems I have I should be able to get 93. Might wait to get the charms for 94 without using any spirit gems and going from there.

So I have the charms for 92 summoning without using any spirit gems..93 might be possible.

Best day of slayer so far. Netted over 640k slayer xp, 835k range xp, 406k HP xp and 2.9mill total xp. Good times.

Bought a lot of stuff to help with slayer. Going to be worth it in the end I know it :)

Sold my Santa hat tonight. I really didn't want to but I felt the time was right to get some better slayer gear. plan on buying some drygores and using that for 99 slayer, then buying the santa back eventually.

How can anyone think this is a good business model? That'd be along the lines of a car company CEO saying 'In order to make your car buying experience as difficult as possible we are going to sell you a car with only 3 wheels on it, the forth one you can buy from us to give you the full experience of owning a car.' The game has enough micro transactions. All this is, is a middle finger given to us players from the high-ups on jagex, we don't care about your game as long as we get the monies.
