Melee gets bonusus from five slots: weapon, shield, gloves, boots, amulet. Since you use a two-handed weapon, weapon and shield are taken.
Magic gets bonusus from all slots, but max hit is affected by only two: weapon and ammo/shield. Everything else is accuracy.
Ranged gets bonusus from all slots as well, and max hit only depends on ammo. However you can only fire arrows if you also have a bow.
So looking at that, ranged is the easiest to get max raw dps in (tied with magic), melee the hardest.
As it is, this is balanced by making it much easier for melee and magic to reach decent accuracy.
E.g. don't go all-ranged. You can melee + mage or melee + range, but since you can't bind two kinds of ammo mage + range isn't viable :(.

I currently have prom 2h, hood, and csb bound which i'm pretty sure is suggested, but im getting bored with maging :P I was wondering if it is at all practical to range dungs without hexhunter? My stats are in sig

Activate at the top of your herb run, so you will get the (possible) extra herbs (not many, but it all counts and such)
what do you mean leave it on for a full 20 minutes, my herb runs are like 4 1/2 minutes.It gives protection from disease whilst it is equipped. Keep it on for the entire 20minutes available and it'll work for that period.
Also how much does each tier matter? I can get the first 2 right now, maybe another month or two before I can get 3rd.Only changes the number of "extra" herbs you are supposed to get (think it changes from 3% to 5% then 7%)

I currently do daily herb runs for profit and small amount of experience, but I see myself wanting to get 99 because I love the skill. Should I farm trees and fruit trees? Just fruit trees or just trees? What is my timetable looking like if I farmed herbs plus whatever trees I can daily until 99? Also would the herb runs make enough money to fund this or would I be losing money?

I'm not sure if they increased the drop rate of herb seeds dropped by common jadinkos or not, but yesterday I got 5 Ugune seeds in 85 hunted commons. I was very surprised

I bought a bunch of pray pots a little bit ago due to their insanely low price, so I figured I might as well use them. I also want 99 range so Im going to obviously chin to 99. Where is the best spot, whats the best setup, exp/hr? Answering any or all of these questions is greatly appreciated.

So it looks like I could instead hunt Draconic Jadinkos or do the curly roots in the lair. I wouldn't mind getting 83 in firemaking and wc as they're not too slow. For now though I will adjust the habitat do I can hunt Draconics.
As for getting 9 Ugune herbs p/patch, well that is waaay more than I've ever gotten. I think I only ever get 3 and thats using magic secateurs. What might I be doing wrong? I would love to get 9 herbs p/seed! :)
Pick the first herb, then stop picking. Make one potion with that herb, drink a dose, and then continue to harvest the Ugunes from the patch ;)
EDIT: Just realized the post above me said the exact same thing lol

I'm currently doing the same thing. What i've been told is to make around 500 spec restores and 500 super antifires, more or less depending on what you want to do. Once you are the level to make extremes, you should only make those. So in preparation for extremes I am making super attacks/super strengths right now. The prices have dropped significantly. You can use this to check prices of the herbs and secondaries.

Jack of Trades is obvious win.
Reverance is good long term for prayer.
Vampyrism is good until you get soul split etc. then its a bit meh.
I hear good things about greenfingers if your a farmer.
I heard that also that's why I mentioned the farming thing. I'll have to read up on those though thanks for the suggestions.

I have just started playing again a few months ago, so these auras are new to me. I have been saving them and I will have enough for Jack of All Trades in 4 days. After that I don't know which are the best to get. I farm herbs daily, train slayer often for combat, and do pvm often also for fun/profit. With that being said, any opinions or advice on which auras to get are appreciated. Thanks.

The whole point of using the gano is so you don't have to prayer switch. Just pray range for the jad fight, gano soak will reduce his magic damage enough to where it is managable.

You are also very close to meeting the level requirements for the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest, which unlocks Glacors after completion. They are pretty good money I hear (haven't killed them myself :P)

Whip is always good unless you want to train strength, and the price dropped a lot. If you get dungeoneering up to 80 you can use chaotics. For armor I normally use fighter torso and veracs skirt if I am using melee, but torags will work just fine.

I'm gonna use gano, pps, asn, etc. I just want to know what else to bring. Am i maging everything in the caves? Or do i melee some? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I just recently tried running my Alienware laptop again, and it runs pretty well although on runescape i can't play on hi def. The computer has a NVIDIA GeForce GO 7900 GS graphics card in it. I don't know what to do. It says I only have 512 MB of graphics memory which I thought may be it, but I don't know how to increase it or why it is that low. Also, all of the sudden it is saying that my version of windows is not genuine? I don't know why it says that. A mate of mine says its most likely a software problem so any advice or suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am almost level for RoTM, but I do not have the magic level to use fire surge. What's the fastest experience? Whats the most cost efficient experience? What are their rates? Any of this information is appreciated.

My laptop doesn't have mousekeys. I was doing lava flow for the suit but after 74 I just want to get 76 as fast as possible, but is granite efficient at all without mousekeys? If not, what's the fastest alternative?

Same here, but I just blame the ticks. The profit boost is amazing in the long run when combined with farming juju, by far the most useful aura I have.
