I think i understand what you're saying. You want to update the rants blacklist to include Improper titles What & what not to post in the Rants forum he non runescape related rants ? I dont see it beyond the scope of the mods, and they're valid points.

Okay, so prosilver isnt as bad as i thought :P subsilver themes are still win tho.

They are in the most stupid of places in prosilver based themes. On prosilver themes, they're near the scroll box, right at the bottom of the page. And on subsilver themes, they're near the top.
