Doom is the most level headed person in this comunity, as far as I know she's the only "senior" member here who has not yet had a breakdown. We should at least set up a forum for discussing things the admins here may not like, like these plans.

Not if it is put on image forums like 4chan and funnyjunk. Also we could "advertise" for it on wikipedia's page on hegemony. And if we make our own forum it'd be easier to get RS haters to check it out.

I we make our own forum then Archi and Doom should be Admins and Ross should be a mod.

In America those offenders would be killed, elsewhere they'd get multiple lifetime sentences. Making them emotioneless means they will not do so again, but they could still work to repay society for their actions. I am of course still talking about extreme cases, else there'd just be mental institutions or comunity service. Or possibly banishement.

Coruption is not when the entire system changes opinions, it is when it turns its back on society. The punishement for each crime would not get chosen like that, rather remain static.And a lobotomy is simply a drill to the forehead.

The comunity decides right or wrong. And lobotomy on a serial killer, rapist and pyromaniac is not extreme.

In that case there'd be put up a wanted poster and it'd be the comunity's common responsibillity to catch him. He'd then be put in a mental institution or lobotomized.

One cannot be smart at people so there'd be no social ruler in a technocracy, only scientific, economical and diplomatic leaders. Think steampunk gouvernement.

In architecture you use geometry to calculate strenght, then symetry to make it look pleasing. That looked like a homework only kind of math.
