No I "clasified everything as population" in order to avoid having to add heaps of "other [cabbage]" like I did in the previos Hegemony. And how did the COSS "blow up my navy"? It isn't even supposed to be near water at all, but in orbit. Also I only use 1% of the GDP as spendable, I only have it in a simple way in order to still become better without [cabbage]loads of ... well ... [cabbage].

I just simplyfied it, I divided the total GDP with the total population, better of that way than including buisnesses. Also 45% isn't that far of from current taxes, at least not when including wealth taxes. Oh and those marine animals I mentioned are biologically immortal, the Turritopsis is a jellyfish and the hydra's an entire species.
