The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I request a genetic sample of the Tachyene. Clones shall be raised in a realistic geo-dome on Greenland. Polar bears and other arctic wildlife are being cloned and raised in geo-domes. They don't Retech, they are meant to collect energy as salt and fresh water is combined, you can however use some of the Scandinavian lakes... as long as you close them to the public so that no one bathes in that goo.

One of the Greenland bio-domes are being adapted to deep-sea environement. I request a few genetic samples of them when available Dusty, I'll allow for your biologists to work with the clones I'll make. Icu, I request a few samples of Siberian tiger DNA. EDIT: Scandinavia requests genetic samples of all near-/extinct species.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Scandinavia reminds all other nations that in order to gain the right to have personell on the COSS they must help build it. Scandinavia also asks Russia to launch module one and atatch arms.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Research and station are two different things SIRO TEMP = Svalbard Internasopnal Research Organisation of Technological, Ecological and Monument Plans. COSS = Co-Operational Space Station (under construction).

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
You have access to salt power now as you have scientists in SIRO TEMP, that is power generated by keeping 1/3 salt and 2/3 fresh water apart using a membrane, generating only brine water as waste.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Scandinavia offers to provide Russia with Griipens and missiles.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Scandinavia sends an ambassador to Mexico; You are welcome to join the creation of the new space station (the old one crashed), also be shure to send some scientists to SIRO TEMP (shared research facility) at Svalbard.

Tavern Tussle
I jump, causing gravity to shift for a second, which again causes all airplanes to fly backwards and continously do barrel rolls.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
COSS update: Module one - done. External arms - done. Thruster [specification needed] - done. Scandinavia works on lifesupport module two.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I know I'm a bit late but Europe had Newton, Galileo, that Norwegian guy that created the coilgun, Tesla, etc. +20

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Good, arms are important. It's more like rooms and such being continously provided, it's not done until we can't make it bigger.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Icu: If you help build it, you may have personell therem that's the plan. Currently building: Lifesupport sections.

I actually understood that when algebra was mentioned, at first I thought it was something Rocco found on wikipedia.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Why? It's a research station, not an orbital nuclear silo. The UN doesn't control what I launch into space.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Damn. Then this is the new ISS, or at least COSS (<-hover mouse above to see meaning).
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Scandinavia begins creating space-station sections. This will be a new station unless no one joins, in which case they'll be mounted on the ISS.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
If he coats his missiles with mirrors they're gonna be real expensive and easiley detectable, also they still heat up, only not as fast

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
How the hell do you stop lasers safely, Archi? Also anti-radar is called stealth.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
You've got a point there, current technology level anti-missile lasers being placed on mountains and large plains as well as military outposts, enchancements being researched continously from now on.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Why not join the global one in SIRO TEMP, Ross?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Scandinavia offers Japan the Farore(?) islands. Scandinavia starts another national school project this time it is about a way to feed small items into barrels and eject them safely without taking mouch space, this will last for one month only.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
But they are too slow to do any good against normal missiles, lasers work faster. If this is accepted then orbital anti-missile lasers will be started at SIRO TEMP.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Orbital anti-missile defences then? Firing multiple weak lasers (which are too weak alone, but functioning together) at missiles.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Weak (stunner) space-to-ground PEPs then Ross, crowd control from orbit. I don't have them, that was a sugguestion. [spoiler=income]Population 28 000 000 Avarage income $125 000 Tax level 45 % Tax income $1 575 000 000 000 Spendable $15 750 000 000 Scandinavia works on a way to include the new pacemaker tech into exoskeletons.
