It's a series of medieval-fantasy books folowing most members of the Stark family as well as some others, it's hard to describe so here's the wikipedia page on it. I really recomend you to read them, they're definately worth the time.

Keep in mind that that will probably have some economic repercussions for a little while. Tip: Don't try to go gung-hoe with it right away. Let it be slow and more stable. If it's too rapid, you may suffer from over-population and have to import more food than usual. Plus, you have to consider that there will need to be more homes because these kids are going to grow up. There could be shortages of jobs, etc. If I were you, I would probably try to limit immigration (start by mass-exporting the lazy migrants) in order to have more room for Scandinavian children to be born. Yeah, i'll do it slow, maybe 10% per year. Food won't be a problem, we're an exporter, we only import exotic foods. As far as I know theres neither lack of housing or builders. There's no lack of work-places either and more people will also mean more workers neccessary. IRL I agree with you on the last one but Scandinavia is about 80-90% empty forest (not counting water bodies). Population growth started.

Yes, and I'll enforce that. Colonies on Mars will happen in due time; however, they will be small. Very small. Over time, technology will GRADUALLY improve, allowing us to possibly build bigger colonies. Also, space weapons are still BANNED. If there's idiocy, I will have to intervene. Does space weapons include automatic anti meteor/-ite railgun/missile turrets?

Maybe we can attempt to fully exploit the moon's surface by creating a system of geo domes and tunnels, afterwards we do the same to Mars then gradually work our way out to Pluto. :thumbsup:
