Trol, may I request your aid, I followed your instructions, times six, I can refer to a donation to various Indonesian businesses, totaling 60 billion USD, under the name of 290494 (April 29th, 1994). Archi can confirm that. Sadly I have no military might whatsoever since you cancelled my deal.

To be honest, you wouldn't be successful with that drawing style, you need to sharpen it up a little, get rid of the grainy, bold lines and not soften the shading. Also, those eyes are way too big.

You're not the first to say that, nor do I think you are among the the first five. *Secretly assassinates the Indonesian ruler.*- Hegemony
Oh I have respect, but this is a game where the only way to show respect is wen you have wronged, be it in your eyes or others', but those you wrong are often those to whom you owe none of it.- Hegemony
Are you a mind reader or am I and Ross just that much alike?- Hegemony
Evidence that the Indonesian press releases were made with a subjective point of view and under false pretenses.- Hegemony
Steal them, Robin Hood style. You know any person that had actually wanted the money as reparations, because they weren't aiming for a similiar result would have responded by saying "Please" or "I'm sorry". But no because right now you only want two things; for you to get money and for me to lose it. And quite frankly, right now I'd much rather pay every nation other than you 10 b just to let you know it's not just me being cheap.- Hegemony
That depends, most likely when you stop being obnoxious.- Hegemony
I've used that pun twice in the Back Room. Good to see I've made an impression.- Hegemony
It is not a crime, since the investigators did only their job, and since the obvious choice of investigators was those who have permision to act outside the nation (equivalent of CIA). Say if Germany found unnanounced CIA members who were going to look through their archives, are they in any position to call that a crime?- Hegemony
That, Trol, means that you embargoed me (something that'll cost you more than me) because I sent people to uncover the truth for the whole world to see, and I failed.- Hegemony
It's not espionage if the entire world get the results. Also I have no nuclear program and my soldiers retreated because they were bombed.- Hegemony
There's no way to use aircraft carriers as the only naval assault vessel, they're simply too bulky.. I bought only fighters and tankers as aircrafts. And the SAM launcher was the Boeing Avenger.- Hegemony
As long as they work... and don't cause cancer... unless of course if I can control that function... Rocco, you deemed my purchase of vehicles, which were selected for their obvious anti-air capabillities, and the SAM launcher a sign of militarization and published it as a global press release when they are not only near useless against ground targets (and as such the defences of most nations) but also impractical, nearly to the point of impossible, to transport over the distances I would have to send them to atttack anyone else than North Korea, South Korea, China and Russia, one filthy rich and three militarized nations.- Hegemony
160-2000 kilometers.- Hegemony
So that's a big [bleep] off to the Indonesian news reporters. Also in what nation are published reports and their sources classified? Are the different parts of China considdered parts of the nation in control or seperate puppet states? Japan informs the Indonesian government that any further press releases intended to put to question the leadership of any nation other than their own will be considdered an act of global terrorism. And that an enforced change of regime would be the only approporiate response. Vietnam is asked if they'd accept the 200 billion but instead of Hong Kong, aid in building a megacity of their own. A research project on wireless transfer of energy is begun, with a fund of 22 bilion.- Hegemony
Actually, that investigation is pretty much a comparison of Rocco's announcements compared to the truth. And I just sent the investigators because they are not an act of war, but him killing them would be. So what I'm doing is to force him to either take the consequences of him intentionally distorting the truth to mess with others or to open a window where I can bury him so deep digging up might drown him in oil.- Hegemony
Japan sends an envoy of examiners to Indonesia, upon arriving they begin going through the government archives. They quickly uncover evidence of what seems to be attempts to distrupt world peace through distribution of subjective and falsified reports on other nations. Some of the reports contain data from efforts made by other nations where information has been left out to provide the documents with an angle where other nations seem to be acting out of aggression whereas with the full information the acts seem to be of defence. They also find evidence of the Indonesian government contacting Vietnam with intentions of entering an allience, despite Vietnam currently attacking China. The Japanese government requests that Indonesian reports be banned on a global scale until such a time where they can be filtered by an international, neutral medium.- Hegemony
The funny thing is that he has control of an army 1000th the size of your population. One that is 2/3 the size of the IRL Indonesian military.- The Back Room
A dictionary which is enforced by only words therein being accepted in educational facilities and a liguistics ministry to decide wether or not terms for new things are acceptable. Latin-derived words in that sentance: Dictus Arium = Place of Speech. In- Fortis = Strong. Ad Capio = To Take. E Ducere = Out Leading. Facilis = Easy. Lingua Iste = Tongue Practicer. Minor Ter = Lessly Terminus = Limit- Hegemony
I haven't invaded, I gave the Chinese government some extra forces with which to preserve peace, unless the Russians (which it apears have taken the area in vincinity of Beijing) shot at them, then they're just standing around in the forbidden city, waiting for orders. And there's nowhere they could possibly get those services at a price they could afford, there's a reason those nations have large areas of underdevelopment.- The Back Room
Most languages have their good and bad sides... but Latin was a work of art.- Hegemony
Well, cash, obviously, I still have almost half of my budget left. Japs are also top of the world on robotics. Then there's power generation, I thing both Laos, India and Nam could need some powerplants or a deal for distrubuted energy. I can offer desalination plants. Basically whatever they need, they can ask in return, I'll decide wether or not I can/will give it to them.- Hegemony
I'm asking, what they want might be something I wouldn't offer but still be willing to give. - Hegemony
