Well of course, it's up to you. But personally i would do PC to raise my stats as high as i wanted. Then i would do all the quests i wanted to. Also from quests you get the added bonus of experience for skills upon completion :D -Blazeboy400-

There are many lvl 3 (skillers) who raise all stats except for combat. Usually they try to get 99 in all stats but combat stats. Although it is easy to tell an autoer from a skiller. A skiller will proabably talk and trade when you try to trade them. An autoer is usually in the default skin and does not reply to anything. Only if you're 100% sure they are an autoer sould you report them; although you may still be wrong. -Blazeboy400-
