Not necessarily. I met some real level 3 skillers, who talk, joke etc. Apparently, some people get kick out of having high non-combat skills at a very low combat level.

 

 

 

That said, there a lot of low-level gp farmers, too... So you just can't judge by level alone.

There are many lvl 3 (skillers) who raise all stats except for combat. Usually they try to get 99 in all stats but combat stats. Although it is easy to tell an autoer from a skiller. A skiller will proabably talk and trade when you try to trade them. An autoer is usually in the default skin and does not reply to anything. Only if you're 100% sure they are an autoer sould you report them; although you may still be wrong.

If they are just the Basic look of tutorial Island they are very probably an autoer/macroer.

 

 

 

But if they are wearing things that are worth quite a bit of money (Elegant, Holiday drops) They are Skillers, which are people who don't train combat.

 

 

 

If you are not sure whether there a macroer just say to them something like "Say something or I shall report you for macroing" and if they don't reply they are macroers if they look like the lvl 3s crowded round yews on F2p :wall: Then you should report them \

They use a program that generates clicks, understands language... I know it's name, but I won't tell you.

Many of them will be autoers/macros, but there are skillers out there so if you are going to report them. Make sure you check they really are autoers. The best trick is to follow them and ask questions like 'Fishing lvl ______?', 'Hello, are you there _____?' and best of all '_____, If you do not answer me I will report you for macroing!'. Asking them for about a minute then reporting them will usually get rid of the macro.

Actually, autoers usually have random names such as "gb9f4"; a Chinese name usually indicates a sweatshop worker.

 

 

 

To answer you question, there are plenty of lv 3 skillers. I know a few myself. Be very sure that the person you're reporting is in fact breaking the rules. Just because a person doesnt talk doesn't mean they're and autoer. Many skiller pures, however, get reported enough that they change their clothing to something other than green pants, tan shirt, and bald head (the stereotypical autoer). If the character fits the description above, try to trade them (even spamming them with trade requests) and talk to them for about a minute. If you don't get a reply by then, hit the Report Abuse button.
