ok thanks, and is it true that if you wear the karamja gloves (2) while training agility at a course you get more xp?

where should i train my agility? (lvl 66) i fail too much on ape atoll and the wilderness course doesnt help either... so if anyone has any advice for me, i would gladly hear it.
