where are the experiements that have 100 hp that are by frakensteins grave yard? do you need to start a quest?

i have a pure and i am looking forward to doing DT sometime in the near future. I only have 1 prayer and would like to know if it is possible to complete the quest? If so, what do I use on each boss? one more question ... with the new PC update where should i train str?

I started PCing on Saturday with 97 str. 8-) It took about 700 pc points if i remember correctly. Perhaps it is time to start skilling and slowly leveling prayer. :cry: Now for a pic of my actual stats. (please dont discriminate my awful skills)
