  7. well you allways go up hp no matter what but it goes up slow and it wont help itself go up faster like attack.
  8. runescape has a few million people playing and at those high numbers, you cant blame them for such strict rules.
  9. proably the easiest. i would say attack becuase the higher it is, the more chances there are that you hit so you go up faster each lvl. oh and twr; homestarrunner rocks lol!
