Does RoW effect barrows rewards, if yes then how bad/good?
Does it effect clue rewards, if yes then how bad/good?
Really i experimented with RoW a lot of time and i can't say then possible to determine truth, whatever people just guess it...
I just suppose then it have effect, i rare use RoW with clues because i believe then better to not use on they it, some time i found like i get some better drop or rewards with skillcape but i not sure again, just i think possible then more items affect it..
One time i had teory about clues, i tried to get less rubbish loot like rune plates & etc and tried before open treasure trail reward to get my best stuff like i had theory then if you are strip without any items it then give stuff like rune plates & etc.. but is just theory, nothing more...
Whatever i can't say then what i written is 100% truth.. i think mainly is luck based anyway...
But i saw on jagex support page then possible to ask they for some undocumented in guide things i think RoW can be reason for that question..

I got from MTK about 70k of flax and after i finish to spin all flax (it will take some time) i get a bit more flax from MTK then like you see i targeting 80crafting level and it will be done when i spin last ones in this way.
Just i wonder what to do then with bowstrings (i allways want profit and exp :) i can sacrifice some exp earning speed if i do on it profit ), what is my best bet? I think possible choices:
I just want to say first then i not familar with fletching things so much and profit calculations and etc, almost of my fletching levels i got by making arrows...
1. Just sell bowstrings on GE;
2. (Fletching A type) To buy yew logs, fletch it to unstrungs, then strung it and sell it strunged;
3. (Fletching B type) To buy unstrungs, then strung and sell it on GE;
My opinion is to choose 2 choice, but i heard rumours then GE price is crazy for they and already are to hight - people not buy it, then maybye exists chance to sell it on RSOF like at old times with a bit lower then GE price..
Exp things i understand here, but how will change my profit with possible choices ? Like i get more money if i sell strunged yew longs for a bit lower price then ge or i can stuck with they?
I a bit calculated here:
a. from MTK i get flax for 40gp each, i spining by myself making it worth about 150-160;
b. then i need to buy Yew logs 350-400ea...
we get here 160+400 = 560, GE price is now 700+ gp each but i think for me profitable to sell it for 600+ or less then 700 gp each anyway and then i getting much more overall XP and more money? right?
Waiting for your opinion, i just know then i have no money to buy 70k of yew logs :) but then i will do it in few cycles, making it selling, making it selling :) & etc...

Yes it does buy for alch price BUT price drops very rapidly.
I went to sell Maple Longs (u) to him (192 ea) and after 50, it was down to the bottom price of 32.
Rouge Den's store also works.
For me interesting like i owner of thieving cape, in rogue den all can buy lockpicks and see thieving skill cape in store ? like i know for me was problem to get lockpicks some time ago, but i see in that store unlimited count of they, but maybye i see it because i thieving skillcape owner?

I thinked here a bit and i got idea, i think some ppl use it too.
Equipment wielded

Fire or Lava staff;
Skill neckacle;
Inventory

Pickaxe
Corresponding to bars count - nature runes count;

Boots of lightness (not required);
Spottier cape (not required).
Optional equipment

Glory - for draynor village banking - but it take 1 inventory slot because Skill neckacle require to have too;
or
Ring of dueling for CW banking - but it will be some waste of dueling rings;

Tactics
---
1. Using skill neckacle you teleport to mining guild;
2. Walking to mith rocks or when you wait for mith rock spawn you mine coal...
2.1 Possible to mine full inventory of coal and when mith rock spawns you just drop 1 coal ore and mine mith, then superheat it to mithril bar and pickup your coal ore;
2.1.1 If you know then soon will spawn more then 1 mith rock - drop more coal and if you loose some don't care about it, here is a lot of coal and you allways can mine more (in same way you get more XP per run) just main priority is to get mith ore;
2.2 When you almost full sometimes you need to temporary drop bars to mine some coal to make last bars;
2.3 Possible tactics sometimes to check for 3 Addy rocks in north outside mining guild.
2.4 If you have full of coal and mith rocks not spawned yet, drop some coal ore and mine it again - never stay just waiting - time is exp or money whatever.
3. When you are full of bars or ready to go just use your optional teleport item put stuff in bank, check your teleportation items, get some more natures and again use skill neckacle..
I think here you need same count of game neckacles and glories, if you at begin get both teleport items at (4) then you will have to change they at same time when you return to bank.

I here see just profit reason maybye, other ppl will start to kill they after 80-90+ ranged, ogres or some low lvl monsters better if reason only 80range not profit...

Ok I'm currently 99 ranged and I was rune pure, but with the recent changes to wild and stuff I'm getting 70 def (currently 3k exp from 69), But my question is, since i like hunting the mith drag and other monsters,
Should i stick with black dhide since it's cheap and you don't have to repair it, or should i get karils, because it has a higher mage def bonus?

I remember one time on RSOF some guy analyzed and fully compared that two sets, then he found then they have same ranged attack bonuses, just Karil's have highter defence bonuses thats all..

Swamp tar is collected at lumbridge swamp. No levels are needed. I used to do it but with the release of the exchange it became hard to sell and the price dropped.
And they are stackable, you don't need then run to bank and back again..

And for granite powermining good to have lunar magics and be able to use spell which fill all your waterskins..
Now my question: Why you want Mining 99 ? is one from hardest skills... and not so big effect of having this skill hight, look ranks at hiscores:
Agility rank 1000 = 95lvl and 9,054,970XP
Mining rank 1000 = 97lvl and about 11MXP
Cooking rank 1000 = 99lvl and 18,795,179XP
Fletching rank 1000 = 99lvl and 19,035,172XP
but for me like owner of agility cape i think mining is harder then agility i tried a bit powermine but it take a while, exp is slow...
you will be 818 who got mining 99 if you get it today, but i suppose it will take like 3-6 months.. and no any benefits from it except skillcape and emote:)

I need a fast way to 99 cooking and theiving. I perfer if its cheaper now cause its so hard to make money now and i want to save all I can for summoning.
All ideas are welcome!
Not so hard when you not afraid to work, just who so lazy and can only merchant now will be poor, who working allways will have some money...
Cooking any type of fish/food by buying/cooking/seeling or catching/cooking/selling, like i got my 94cooking by cooking tons of trouts and salmons which i catched.. :)
Thieving like all know is Pyramid plunder (look tip.it minigames guides from main menu) :)
P.S. One rare used way get some cooking exp, steal cakes at ardounge then add chocolade bars to they, you get chocolade cake some cooking exp and better food :) good when you done recipe from disaster then you can buy easy chocolade bars :)

Your method may be faster for burning an inventory of logs, but in the end its about burning all of you logs. I'd put one tinderbox in the middle of your inventory and fill it with logs.

Training combat you kill monsters and sometimes they drop long bones, then you get they to dogestun city for construct exp, i got some and done it already few times, then i redirected tears of guthix exp on construction too and specially not training it, just i must keep all my skills highter then construct...

For this kind things you can appeal like ban appeal maybye? i not sure, i never got muted, baned (in any game) & got no any bad points (i don't know how it exactly called), i think you need just wait for answer here, some more familar with these things person maybye answer here, just if you want contact mod, is better to search for some way on runescape.com i think solution can be new character creation and you then can contact using new char..

I think bone cross bow is best tbh.
Currently trying to sell on GE about 88k of bone bolts 4gp each :) bad then on GE not possible to set price with floating point like 1 bolt 3,8gp each :)

Is up to you if really, i readed i think on general discussions then some ppl started to back to MSB, some ppl believe then darts is ever fastest way, some ppl use MSB or knifes, whatever i think good to test what is fastest way and on what kind monsters..
1. faster speed - lower damage - more hits per same time;
2. highter damage - lower speed - less hits per same time;
if you training object (monster) is hight range def you hit it poor and weapon is slow then this training it'is not effective;
It's really depends from a lot of conditions...

I know how it works im just wondering if TOG can give exp to skills lower than lvl 30.
Yes i trained some skills some time ago from 1 lvl tog gives exp to lowest skill just..
Some ppl have some skill levels like 30 or more and never trained and dunno how to train that skills sometimes, they just get it with TOG help :)

Whatever farming crops depends from random thing, just maybye you get highter possible random constant with highter lvl, like:
X - Count of resulted crops;
X = 3+(RND * (farming level/4))
really i just improvisated this formula and is not correct, just I think possible then farming level are depended like random digit generator limits.

TOG give exp for lowest your skill, example:
1. If you have all skills at 99lvl except 1 skill which is 98 lvl, TOG will give exp on that 98lvl skill.
2. TOG check your skill experience not skill level and allways you get XP on lowest skill exp skill..
3. If you have few or more skills with 1 lvl 0 EXP it select then first lowest skill counting from Up to bottom and i not sure but i think from Right to left like they placed in RS client skills dialog.
Ask if something still not clear for you.

Get range up in 1-2 weeks, then wield bow, shield is cheaper on streets and no really good usage for you from it i think...
