I never personally play just 1 game at 1 time, if i played just 1 game i got borred very fast i allways mixing, if i feel then i no idea what to do i switching at same moment to other games, other games is really up to you, you can find something on http://www.mmorpg.com from mmorpg's (one day about 6 years ago or more i found in this way runescape)..
Or just play other games not matter or online they or no, like few my favorite games:
Single player:
Area 51;
Fallout 1-2 (fallout ever good coice no time waste but really fun, all guns fire sounds is so realistic when they shoot then people feel from it satisfaction)
Fallout Tactics - Same like F1-2 jus you can play it like tactical game too (they all have RPG context just a lot of options and skills);
X-Tension - Diferent rare Elite gendre, if you love starwars is for you, just here need to think a bit similar like in RS, really great game but you need to read something like bible to play it: http://www.egosoft.com , for begin enought to try regular X-Tension 1 version.

Silkroad (played enought long and have few hight lvl chars: http://www.silkroadonline.net) game have great unique PvP system, but a bit borring lvlup and at the moment to much bots on game - is why i leaved it after this game RuneScape looks like paradise if to talk about bots;
Conquer Online - Has hexagonal graphics is i think more familar to RS from graphic point of view but is just fight based and you just can mine ores too but no skill for it or something WS: http://www.conqueronline.com/.
Guild Wars - great choice but you must love this game to play, game good side then if you are max level you anyway will find enemies which is not easy to handle and you will need very special tactics to do this, have 2 types of online gameplay RPG and PvP, max level is 20lvl for any type what mean is not levelup based, you get max level in something like 1-2 weeks if on RPG mode and in PvP mode you "born" max level already :) really is great oportunity and possible to write about this game a lot, game really for serious strong MMORPG players and game has almost no P2P just you buy it ant you play online then free, when you are max level you have a lot of missions to do, you can help others too or go to clan & etc.. you can get in your party NPC not people if you dont want people & etc.. have few wikipedias written about it, aboug gameplay: http://www.guildwars.com.

P.S. Sometimes from other games possible to learn some tactics which you later can use on RS or totally then change point of view to some other game;) when you see other games minuses you start to love runescape then ;)

the best method i think is to wear an air tiara, brown apron and rune pick, inventory of laws water runes or staff and 26 rune ess
run down to the air alter, craft the airs, continue to run to the crafting guild mine the gold tele to fally, run to the east bank then repeat

The best skilling outfit is which provides you most efficiency.
Boots of Lightness + Spotted/Spottier Cape + Glory > All.
Yes i use same just i can add Unholy book and DDS if hands is free is not bad to have..
What about Dragonhide armor it make some weight for you and is not worth to waste energy, then better to get barrows gloves, maybye neziroth helm, another thing is if you skilled and now you must run somewhere like you got clue or something happen and with you weightly outfit then you loose all energy doing it..
Better get some thousants of GP and remake your outfit at varrock then haircut at falador to select what is for you nice - is better then wear weightly armour..
If you wc then get at least some pray book and wield axe is because randoms happen when you skilling and sometimes you need to kill something and not bad here is prayer bonus which give some pray book and dds ideal weapon for that situations if hand is free too..
Then i must don't agree then weight not important for mining, is very important because you can run to put ores to bank & etc... is not important maybye for smelting at port phamasys or for smithing at varrock because bank is so near and you can get any armour ever you want to wear, but i almost time use this regular set and just sometimes wear agility hood and skillcape just to look nice, but if people to much times in hour start to ask for emote i then remove it and change to spottier cape or i disable all chats because they disturb me and i must waste my time to show emote...
Like how much time i waste on saying TY when they say something like "Nice cape"... :)

On f2p you can firemake buying cheap willows (12 gp ea) at general stores where people sell it and just burning it on place... i trained some levels up to magic pyred logs in this way, just i suggest to switch all chats and trades from On option to Friends because when i trained it at lumbridge i was attacked with bunch of F2P n00bs, they followed me asked a lot of stuppid questions, traded me all the time & when i started ignore they some started to write "Reported" & etc... :)
Elsewhere i like 2 weeks ago tried to sell maple logs on ge and i saw price like 43gp each then when maples so cheap and are F2P item you can burn they if you have some extra money, really is ur choice..
P.S. Like i remember when i trained on F2P my rune miner then some rock golem attacked me i just because already play long time runned not so far then he leaved that place but just then stopped to attack me and then i returned to same place and resumed mining and golem just watched me, when some F2P players saw it and when i said then is my personal pet, they started to believe :)

Keep an eye on rune prices if you go with rc
i've been doing laws since nats died on their [wagon] and laws shot up by like 30 ea
double nats are ofc best for rc, but if you can't do doubles i'd go with laws till nats stabilise a lil
If people sell for low price they drop in same way price, then who want to make long time profit on something then never sell in GE for less then medium price it, elsewhere you will do fluence to price dropping, i suggesting allways your favorite ware try to sell with highter then medium price or at least middle price and all must do this then prices will stabilize... (i say it already like 20+ time)
Bad then guys which time to time buy some ware try to buy it only for MIN price, they in same way make fluence to drop price and in same way they do then people who produce this ware just leave this because it will be with no any profit and later will be problems for him to buy what he want!
I Wonder or somebody now selling pray pots (when they dropped less then 7k i started to make they only for my own needs) or if you still will drop CBALLS prices soon people stop to produce they, limit already near for cballs like now they like 164 (MAX price) i think possible in 2 days it drop lower then 150gp each selling and buying it with min price then buyers just loose cballs source because is slow like exp and people do this only for profit, people just leave this and start to do something else...

Hi, i want to keep 45 defence, have 35 atm, if i do drag slayer and monkey madness i will have just under 45 defence, my question..are there any quests which you should recommend me doing? E.g. Quests that give defence xp and give you access to a significant place/new item to wear.

Ideally for you was to do dragon slayer with 1 defence level then, you will had like 33lvl i think then...

You get free (you pay for it just long bone) construction exp for they... i collecting they and when i are at lumbridge then i just get all of they to Dorgestun..

I just do my best and i am very poor familar with english is like english are for me somewhere in 3-4 place from languages which i know (primary - lithuanian, 2dary russian, only then polish (dunno gramar but i can read and understand) or english..., then i can count to 10 in japan or korean, but about others i not sure...

So the exchange didn't sell ANY of your 53k? Or it just didnt sell them all. It probably sold some of the high amount first. I find it tends to sell things as groups, and rarely sells large amounts in a few goes. It probably wont take more than a few hundred of something from one person if there is more available at the same price from other people.
Is possible looking from performance point to database like when database have more records (they for us are some GE offer requests) - system then work more slow and then best solution then to remove more records from database is first to done small quantity offers (database records) in this way they can automatically improve GE database performance, this sounds logical!

I think then a lot of people put with same price things and just someone bought your noob account ware not main, it select GE whatever possible then randomly, i not sure what sorting of wares and comparition they do maybye like sort in price first getting lower first - if yes then who sell it GE select randomly just people not bought all this kind wares which was offered at market...
You can see something similar with stuff which nobody buy, but price drops, that mean then somebody sell it just GE not chosed you, thats all...
Like i familar with database sorting algorythms i can say then whatever GE is database based like all RuneScape and your possibility to sell depends from things which kind of sorting use Jagex on ge, normally if they remember just that fields of data like:
Field name / Type / Description

PlayerID / NUMERIC / i think any nicnkname has this in RS because less HDD space require to remember some numeric value then nickname;
ItemID / NUMERIC / items must have same;
Operation / BOOLEAN / Like False (0) this item for sale and True (1) this item player want to buy;
Quantity / NUMERIC / GE Operation quantity
If we have this kind of database structure then all people with same operation and ItemID will be sorted randomly, just if they these records have aditional field like:
OfferDate / DATETIME / Date and time up to miliseconds when player offered it in GE
Just then possible to do 2ndary sorting by OfferDate DESC (decremental - to player who putted it more time ago sell it first).
But like we see effect what happen mean then they dont have field like OfferDate (or if they have they don't use it for sorting) and if they don't have it they don't sort using it, what mean just then you will be selected randomly from coupe of other same offers and you have 100% chance to sell just only people will buy all offers from market.
P.S. Any aditional sorting "eat" more HDD space and CPU time, then sometimes in performance reasons[/i] possible then they don't do some aditional more accurate operations.

I know about what you talking i allways used this place...
Many people go to place where is the wall and train at that place (this place to favorite if for me i love silence and less players) is almost directly from yanille gates to west, but my favorite spot is from same yanille gates to north west is a bit in north from spot where wall is you will find abandomed house which is great for safespoting you can use walls of house or some plants to safespot, i have ideal tactics including KS melees :) when they try to KS me, you then at 1 time can kill like 2-3 ogres and they have no choice just to leave, but is ok because is ranged only spot we must remove from here melees especially armed with whips and full dragon or barrows set stuff, if they can wear it then they can kill highter level monsters already :) but house spot is ideal just for 2-3 players (depends from they kill rate)... one time i maked map of this place but now i to busy to do this again :)
BTW: for melees here is a lot of spots - you don't need to KS (Kill Steal) rangers, just go in south from that spots where people kill chompies you then find a lot of free ogres, is better then noobish activity with trying to take rangers spot :)

Why nobody never try to kill Ghasts ? they kill give Pray EXP! just you need silver sicle, druidic pouch which is easy rechargable at this place, best is to be near Druid ghotto to recharge & boost your prayer because sicle use prayer and then kill they again!
Then you can burn shades with they remains, is up to 100prayer exp if you burn with magic logs fiyr shades remains and much better profit in same way from magic logs then from fletching/alching if really!
Then you can make something similar at barbarian training like i know!
Then you can get Prayer exp from Pest control!
Then if you have bones...
You can use Ectophulus for it - is best XP from bones;
Or if you want get a bit less but faster XP from same bones use house lighted altar! (70 Construction or less with some boosting required)..

You can buy it at any slayer equipment store, just need to light it with tinderbox and you can wear i think, btw: item require 33 slayer level to wear :) it useless if you dont kill harpie bugs just it look nice and like i saw some people wear it just to make some own outfit style :)

Main PC has a router yea, and the two laptops ( this one of em) share network with it.

What operating system on Main PC? Like Windows 2003 server have some stright/stuppid a bit permissions and security, it can be reason of this, but if it worked before is strange, then maybye you have enabled automatic updates and sometimes some windows updates can reset operating system settings to default, like you had firewall off to have access and after windows update firewall can be enabled (it default) it sometimes happen and then people need after update to reconfigure system.
On Windows system which share internet with other computers exist at least 2 network adapters, 1 to access internet, 2 to share internet with other computers and from operating system WindowsXP or highter firewall can have diferent settings for each network adapter, then maybye you need to check this stuff, like for local network you can disable this and for network adapter which work with internet you need to have it enabled just maybye some exceptions need to be added to access something, if happen update is possible then it resetted some settings and reconfiguration required for this.

Pyramid Plunder is definately the fastest, but if you wanna make some money or useful items, I'd also suggest theiving Master Farmers in Draynor Village as a good alternative.
I dont think then he make big profit on farmers, but of course he can train on they, because to train on pyramid plunder he require some quests to finish what we can count in thieving level training time and in total is question or will be fast pyramid plunder or some farmer method.. just when he finish pyramid plunder quests he can at any time use it then..

a question: what is the fastest way from 45 Theving (62,549 exp) to 53 thieving? im ready to spend some cash on it if that makes it go faster..
