    Umm its not a bad idea, but no.. Why? because the ppl lvl 300+ wouldnt be able to hit anyone in the wild Also, there arent many ppl lvl 126 anyway(compared to the majority of ppl not lvl 126), therefore to make an update that concerns only them would be utterly pointless.
