Sold some junk:- So I have some random stuff to do coming up:- Crafting:- - Spin 647 bowstrings 9,705xp will be gained with 64,798xp still needed for 76 Runecrafting:- - 1500 Nats - 2000 Astrals 30,900xp will be gained with 32,722xp still needed for 70 Firemaking - Burn 8,666 maple logs (with ring of fire, no BA Horn as yet) for 85 Firemaking. 1,193,308xp will be gained Magic:- - Using the natures and astrals crafting, cast plank make 1516 times for a gain of 136,440xp which will get me to 86 magic. Construction:- Using the planks made, and stealing creation hammers (Fast SC), I will use:- - 419 oak planks - 586 teak planks - 511 mahogany planks This will provide a gain of 298,840xp which will get me to 80k from 78 construction (my goal for the skill at the moment). Lots of planned mini-goals, lots of stuff that I'm likely to not do...but I'm really beginning to get into the idea of skill-chains. And my smexi new achievement so far today:-

Not much going on today. Spent all my online time doing fletching, apart from 30 minutes doing a clue, finishing a slayer task and then another clue. Considering that of the 30 or so clues i've done previously the best reward I had gotten was 105k, I'm going to say this was a good day:-

Farming and fishing capes are two that I will continue to love forever and probably never gain myself. Good luck to you! I'm also loving your very balanced skills

Cutting evil trees and maples with leprechaun magic is baws. Managed to pull yet another woodcutting level this week, with my aim at the moment being 90, so I can boost to do an effigy if I feel like wasting possible fletching xp. More importantly, I scored this earlier thanks to an effigy assist:- Which means I can now assist/complete all fletch/woodcutting effigies with the use of a fletching potion. A glorious day indeed.

All fletching effigies do-able now with pot. Huzzah.

Whipless tasks are a giant kick in the pants, especially when you have a streak of them. Grats on 99 wc and 98 defence...the defence cape is pretty hawt.

Skilling. Sup.

So I decided to do some more random crap today. Most importantly, I did Rocking Out, but I've also managed to achieve a couple of short-term goals and other random levels:- FM I have been training on mage and yew evil trees twice a day, which is absolutely wicked xp. It was an unexpected level today...I suppose I should pay more attention. I train crafting with my dailies, by spinning 240 flax a day (I spin my 120, and trade the bstrings to a friend for more flax) and turning bstaves into air bstaves (profit, thankfully). So both those skills have come at a profit (unless we are going to go into the whole 'lost potential' argument of efficiency :o) And most important of all my levels this week is:- This is my lowest skill at the moment, so I decided to pick up a Spirit Graahk and burn through as much essence as I could. With lag I ended up only making 1200 nats, but that is more than enough for the time being. Which brings me to my current activity:- High Alching bows The last few weeks I have been cutting my own logs and fletching them into bows using daily flax and well. The gear I have to burn through tonight is:- Which amounts to 74,555 xp and 1352448 gp. I'm enjoying having increased independence from the GE.

Slowly but surely, I am moving towards some of my goals. I did Rocking Out this morning, which I must say, felt more like "One Small Favour Pt 2" than anything else. But I'm happy that I can now catch pirate imps...and of course with the 100k free xp.

Today's "achievement" of sorts:- It's nearly a mill of wasted xp, but it's a nice little achievement. I think I'll keep training before I consider really doing Nomad. Thanks for the post :D So today I did some random things, apart from the 14m defence xp from earlier. Thanks to penguin points, I can now make spec restore pots! I dueled for the first time since free trade was removed as part of a clan event, and boy, pvp is a pain now that all my friends and clanmates have SS and chaotics and I'm fighting with piety and a whip. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to beat zaros, but I did beat down some poor dude (my mate who got 2 sets of claws in 2 kills...hate). And I guess most importantly, considering that am slowly working towards the quest cape, I did the new quest:- Free 150k xp across skills I don't particularly like training. I question how the difficulty of master was settled upon, but...oh well.

Our clan is co-run run by a gawd.

I'm Chris, I'm 22 and I'm a giant nerd. Currently I'm at uni studying to become a mathematics teacher, whilst working in respite care. I have a lot of down time because of obscure hours, university holidays and these not matching up with my friends' free time, so I end up camping at my desk and RSing like a nutter for far too long. I love music, particularly metal, but will give most things a shot, and will probably end up listening to them a whole lot as well. I figure that a blog (like my many failed attempts before) will help me keep on track and head towards the goals that I'd like to see myself reach at some stage this year, preferably sooner rather than later, but hey, if it takes longer, who cares.
