nice tips to make the 3 mill with those stats i was thinking bloodevels suggestions?

i have 56 fletching and want 70 for yew longs but i don't want to be at it forever and i am extreemly broke tips here are stats:

best way to make 3 mill with these stats notes: please do not suggest rc i can't stand it -merchantign i sink at it and its on death row anyway -note: i only have 16k gp and a cheap slayer outfit -flax is not an option

117,759 alchs that will take a while to earn by rc at 100k loss evry 1k that is around 12 mill or 39k nats
