I want guthans and a whip and some spare food but i have to be able to weild them too so i need 70 attack, strength and defence, I currently have 62 attack, 65 strength and 55 defence I'm currently trying ankous any other suggestion (pc is not an option) preferably the fastest way (sorry must have lagged)

I've heard full prosteylete and Non ceasing use of melle protect pryaer works good or add a elemental shield and drop protect but do not drop protect from melle without one or they can hit 50'S!
