If that were the case, nobody would get blackmarks for offensive language. If someone spews stars, you can't report them. However, if they say something that would obviously be offensive, like what fmv_hero said, then they could get in trouble. Since it is *technically* against rule one, you could get in trouble. Just remember, no matter where you are, someone will report you if it's against the rules. Remember that and you should be safe. eh idk but ve been reported and not gotten suspended tons of times

Without prayer Dharok WILL kill you. I've seen players with what I assumed to be higher defense levels than you getting owned by Dharok. dude i was kidding about kickin dharoks in the balls, but it would be kool if that was possible
