Somtimes players out there make up stories that are truely convincing, the ones you cannot say no to. It's disgusting the way the players make up sad stories, and It turns out to be a scam.

Yes, It does depend on the method of payment. I think Jagex cost their payments due to how fast the get them. I'm Using Pay-By-Credit on an account I rarely use, $5.00 for that.
Well, there is always the option to be Free-To-Play. You don't have to be a member to enjoy the game. I suggest staying f2p, and stop complaining. Or, Pay the money and enjoy more extra features.\

+1I think it only seems so because you chop lower trees faster. The programming required to make different nests drop from different trees with different seed possibilities sounds just a bit over-the-top. -

It doesn't matter if it was not posted on the front page. Players should read Runescape's Rules Frequently. There is no word against Jagex In that rule. Yes, It makes Runescape loose buisness somtimes. Also, It gets players hacked. Without the rule many players would be uptight about the loosing of their accounts.In late 2002, Jagex added rule 11, which states that players cannot advertise websites. However, probably due to the fear of a backlash, Jagex did not announce the rule on the main page, and some people were banned for advertising legitimate sites (such as tip.it).Jagex claims that this is to prevent phishing scams. True, if people did not advertise, then phishing scams would be useless. Unfortunately, scammers don't care about the rules. They will create "disposable" accounts that they could care less about if they were banned. Essentially, all rule 11 does is punish legitimate players, who can't tell their friends to "check out tip.it for quest guides" without the fear of getting banned.

Personally, I think that this rule is useless, and does nothing to stop scammers. As pro-gun people say in regards to gun-free zones: criminal nutjobs do not care about the law.
Everyone Runescape rule is neccessery, That is why jagex put it as one. Jagex wouldn't make a rule for nothing.

Yep. I don't think less of lower leveled players or higher leveled players, I get along with both just fine. Many people should start taking responsiblity as you said.After reading the like 1000th thread on what is the cause of the runescape community being the way it is. I have come to this conclusion:The Runescape community is the way it is because everyone is trying to blame everybody else for it.
eg:
High level blames noobs.
Noob thinks high levels are up themselves and then decides to blame pkers because they killed them.
Pkers think noobs are idiots and then decides to blame skillers because they dont do combat
Skiller think pkers are blood lusting idiots and get annoyed at high levels stealing thier spots so blame them.
The answer to half the communities problem is we all need to stop blaming each other for it and take responsibilty to be nicer instead of placing blame.
