When it's a child it's pretty safe to say that they can't fight back. Yes it's still torture, but it's worse (in my opinion) when it's someone who can't fight back.

Speaking of assuming, before you say that I didn't read through this, you should have looked through your own thread to see that I have made several responses in the entirety of the 25ish pages. Well I can't speak for someone else (like you tend to do for all merchanters), but it seems that Qeltar doesn't hate merchanters, I think he dislikes pompus egomaniacs like yourself; look at your name: (Ego Scorpion!) Your arguements should be able to be solved by these statements...however I have a feeling your immaturity will make you add a few more posts to help confirm Qeltar's (as well as mine and probably most of the RuneScape community) statements: We all have a right to play the game how we want; so don't down talk or judge someone for what they interpret as fun! If you want to be the middle-man for hundreds of trades; be my guest, just don't think yourself better than the rest of us for not following your example! And finally...back to what this thread is supposed to be about... Merchanting will NOT go away, it will just change a bit. Wow, BK-hats off to you Qeltar! I loved reading the fight between you and Ego. I hate to take sides and get off topic...but I will say: That I completely agree with Q. That I hate the fact Ego is so quick to judge and can't take critisism. How Qeltar's reponses are well thought out, and Ego throws in cute one cliche one-liners such as "people hate me cause I do what they can't" (or whatever his point was). Hey, well personally I've never quit (in fact...I just wanted to be the first one to post O:) ), but anyway. After answering that poll, I laughed at where it said `I've officially quit and am still retired`, I just found it funny/strange/odd that someone would still visit a RuneScape site if they didn't play RS =P.

Well the BtS from Jagex said (not a direct quote, but I have the jist of it) "items across all servers," so I would assume it's between members and free players. Although, there might be two Grand Exchanges: one for members and one for f2p?

That's really not very funny, in fact I find it extremely rude :shame: . But anyway, I'll get back on topic. After reading through this thread I've decided to just mention a few of the postings that I agree with: 1) I don't feel that this update will make merchanting die out completely, however there is still hope that it will. 2) Merchanting is just a form of scamming. Although it is a legal and 100% legit business, in it's most basic form, it is still scamming. Some rich person preys on the weak and sells to the stupid. (<--AKA you screw someone over for your own good) 3) This update will affect me big time...not financially of course (because I make my money of my own accords), but (at least the way I imagine it) it will save me vast amounts of time and save me a headache or two. And even if it doesn't fit my likings, hopefully it will be the best for all of us in the RuneScape community :D . Happy 'Scapping!
