  2. +1 +2 Jagex will balance it out as good as they can with some MAGICAL way to hit 50's or so but add some other requirments to make it non-pure. EDIT: Missed the thread closed part sorry -.- It's okay. I'm glad that you support my other threads. Check out "New Treasure Trail!"
  3. There has been a large hole in treasure trails. I know how it can be patched up. A new treasure trail, level 2. All level 3 clue scrolls would be bumped up to level 4, and all level 2 up to 3. The rewards would be as follows: Trimmed Mithril Armors Heraldic Mithril Kitesheilds Heraldic Mithril Helms Amulet of Defence (T) Holy/Unholy* Symbol (T) Maple Composite Bow Brown and Orange Elegant Costumes* Foam Finger* - Enhances 'Cheer' emote Peasant top* - Enhances 'Bow' emote Roses* - Enhances 'Blow Kiss' emote Lead Boots* - Enhances 'Stomp' emote Slayer Ring* - wearable slayer gem Priest hood (For level 1) Amulet of power (T) for level 3 (by NJEO3) Monk Hood (by Moonshadow) Green Dragonhide coif (by moonshadow) *-P2P Post if you support.
  4. This and Z0MG DRAGON KITE!!! are my only succesful threads, so I am closing my mage and anti-autoer suggestions.
  5. This and New Cooking Ideas are the only succesful threads I have, so I am closing my mage and autoer suggestions.
  6. So it's kind of like the sweet candy, but I think you can only be able to stack up 28, then it's not stackable it goes into new group of 28. Becuase they're very easy to make, and people will start buying potatoes in bulk for like 80 - 120 each lol. This is the only one I like. :o It is, maybe not the 28 stack limit though. This was more of a heal-after-battle-food, not for during combat. Besides, then potatoes will become the new flax. :XD:
  7. You were saying? I fully agree. :) ... It has the bonus of putting a fast end to overly young children playing in spots where they shouldn't be. :) ~Mr. Devnull I guess we're done here. For a different topic about how people are slowing autoer prevention go to "Why do some skillers do this??" in Rants.
  8. If a skiller was reported by accident and it was proven to fit all of the bot inpersonator qualifications, the reporter would go unpunished and the so called "bot" would get the punishment for breaking rule 9. However, if a skiller was reported and it was obvious that it wasn't a bot, the reporter would get punished for false reporting. The bot impersonator qualifications would be as follows: -doesn't speak -wears default clothes -only the following skills trained: -fishing -woodcutting -mining -asian/random letter name (leet doesn't count) -Runs from randoms rather than talking to them -low combat level If all of these were applicable to a skiller, then it would be breaking rule 9.
  9. Many of default clothing skillers pick names like "pure wc ftw" or "Skillxnubx". (made up) So no, as long if you find some way to make yourself look like a skiller.
  10. I'm back. These guys don't try to look like bots, the try to act like them too. They run from random events, turn their trade offer and chats off, and pick a chinese or gibberish name like cfgt5456.(Made up)
  11. I'm not disagreeing with you... however, you might be surprised just how many parents don't fully watch their children and just how fast that the children accelerate in learning beyond the parents, and then start hiding stuff from the parents. (Kinda scary, actually. :ohnoes: ...) ~Mr. Devnull That's true. But most of the underage players aren't member, seeing as their parents won't pay for it. If they were, there should be a notice that tells their parents about all of the malicious Runescape related hackware. And that Runescape is not affiliated with them in any way and it should NOT be downloaded. Yeah, that's kind of the hilarious thing about this whole mess. There are underage players, their parents are paying for P2P for their kids, and there is no warning up that I know of in that area that tells parents about hackware that messes with RuneScape and to not download it. Of course, think about it... if Jagex puts up a warning like that in the area to pay for P2P, can you imagine all the people that would be scared away? Jagex would lose money out the ears because people would be scared away from paying due to just seeing that warning. So Jagex hasn't put that warning up because it would destroy business. And at this point, everyone knows how Jagex wants money. Looks like greed is causing problems. :( I'd be at all surprised if this changed while I wasn't looking. I hope a P2P user replies and confirms or denies this. ~Mr. Devnull God this is going to be one of the longest strings of quotes. The best thing to do is place an I.Q. test on the signup page for an account. If exceptionally smart kids completed the test, hopefully they'd be smart enough not to download hackware or be immature idiots on the forums or ingame.

  13. But Melee can freeze also with the Zamorak Spear. And they can wear Dragonhide or anti-magic armor with no negative melee bonuses.
  14. They should have read the rules when they signed up. And if they didn't, serves them right. Would cut down on the number of sub-13-year-olds, wouldn't it? :P On the side, I wonder just how many member accounts would suddenly go away because of that kind of effect. Are there more sub-13-year-olds that are P2P than I think? :-k And BTW, bubbyjoe2, when you're quoting someone, QUOTE PROPERLY! I just had to fix that for this post when I saw that you'd duplicated someone's text without the Quote Button. ~Mr. Devnull They shouldn't be playing without parental supervision. I doubt a parent would allow his/her son/daughter to download a random thing off of the internet.
  15. I've updated the staff a bit. Any supporters?
  16. What if this was added? If a player was found to be a macroer, he/she/it would be tagged with a large "M" over the head. That would make them attackable by any player, and they could not fight back. Because players would know that they could just kill autoers for yews/ess/flax, they might stop buying the gold off of the sites and kill the autoers.
  17. Imagine this: You want to help get rid of bots, so you to to free to play Rimmington. You report the first bot you see. The next day, you see that you have 1 unread message. You check it, and it says you have abused the report system and have recived 2 blackmarks. #-o Now this shocks you. That just had to be an autoer, It had the tan shirt and green pants, the bald head and the brown goatee. :wall: It was actually a troublemaking skiller who TRIED to look like a bot in the hopes that someone would report him and get banned. :x NOT ALL SKILLERS DO THIS!!! NOT ALL SKILLERS DO THIS!!! NOT ALL SKILLERS DO THIS!!! There are many, MANY skillers that choose non-autoer names and train more than one skill. Thank you. :) I was thinking that trying to look like a bot just to get falsely reported and get the person banned should be against rule 9-- Encouraging others to break rules. If this was added, it would throw that nuisance aside as well as gold farmers. There would be drawbacks too. With the real world item trading rule gone awry, anybody could be classed as a false bot. Some people would also not know whether to report under rule 9 or rule 7. Post if you support. If you don't, please provide a good and well thought out reason.
  18. THREAD CLOSED Now with the Godsword and Dark bow released, Range can hit up to 80 and Melee up to 100! Mage has been ignored! I have an idea that could save it: The Salastaff. To make this, you will need 80 mage, a black salamander, 2 nails of any kind, 2000 fire runes, and a Fire/Lava/Steam Staff. You will also need a pure fire talisman, a rare drop from dragons and fire giants.(A regular one will NOT work!) ~~Instructions To Make~~ 1. Get the fire runes, talisman, and staff. and go to the fire altar. 2. Craft the runes and talisman on the altar into the staff. 3. You will get a Pure Fire Staff. 4. Nail the salamander to the staff (Poor Salamander!) 5. You recive the Salastaff! The sala staff will shoot a power beam of fire at the target, hitting up to 75. :ohnoes: The staff can also Autocast any fire spells, and gives a +98 mage bonus. Occasionally the staff will melt the ground around the target, freezing it for 25 seconds.

  20. Not the sheild. :) I had an idea for a new April Fool's joke. On the front page, Jagex could announce that a new item is coming: the Dragon Kite! However, it would not be a kitesheild. It would be a toy that you can fly. Like the Dragon ''Plate'' it could be purchased from Diango for 150 gp. It would be white with the picture of a red dragon on it. This could trick many of the Runescape players (NOT the ones who use this fansite) So don't think it will spoil it.
