I have a Mac Book Pro, and i'm experiencing some problems with my in-game-brightness when in resizable-mode. I'm using open gl (otherwise it's all laggy and stuff). I seems to be working fine, other than my in-game screen is incredibly dark. I set the graphics option on max brightness ofc. But it still looks like when i set the brightness on minimum in fullscreen-mode. I'm using the game client btw, and Safari. Did anyone else experience this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions?

I can see your issue here with various boosting methods, and effigies, and what not. But come on!? Use it on agility bro. Agi is hard work, WC is so very afk'able. I already used half my boots on agility, lovin' every minute of it..

Hi. I'm mostly looking for a friend chat, with people who knows what it's all about. Maybe it doesn't have to be a friend chat - i've never been in a clan, so maybe that's what i'm searching for. I'm not really the PK kinda guy, but boss hunting is definitely something. I'm danish, and have been around since RSC, so i have a great knowledge about the game. I hope someone have a suggestion. :twss:

I liked reading the 'EP' article. I'm all about "behind the scenes" stuff. Whether it's on RuneScape.com, or Tip.It. Getting some knowledge on how the machinery works is great, and makes you appreciate the articles more. Great topic. I don't wanna go into grammar, or composition of the article - i do however agree to some of the points made in the article "A Shaky Resolution". Being a veteran (since classic), and a somewhat high lever player, it was really disappointing for me that the FM req. was lowered from 90, like promised. Yeah sure, i enjoy many of the "smaller" updates. But the bigger updates is what really excites me (i think most players can agree). It really gets to me, when an update just isn't what it could have been. Even though i'm not 90 FM, i would have loved the idea of a quest requiring that. As long as the quest reward matches the requirements, it would have been great. I don't think we need more high level updates, but i do think that the quality, and innovation of them could be better. A 90+ quest requirement would have been something brand new. Not "just" another dungeon to explore. Quality, innovation and diversity of updates is a big issue, which can be discussed over and over again. I like reading you're articles though, keep up the work :thumbup:

My mate had a minor triple 99-party the other day (Magic - Ranged - Constitution). His first capes, all at once :) [spoiler=Triple Cape Party] .. and im lovin' them elite clue's. got my second Dragon platebody ornament kit (or) a few days ago [spoiler=Elite Clue]

I got my cape :) Waited for about 48hrs, but was still trapped on the island.. The 24hr thing, didn't work. Buut, i got a lamp from it anyway - d'oh! well.. better safe then sorry ^^

That may work, however: From the runescape manual: "If you successfully complete the random event you will be returned to the spot you were taken from; if you fail, you will be teleported to a random location. Don't worry too much about failing an event, though: you will never be teleported to a dangerous location. " It doesn't say anything about just waiting 24 hours.. Guess time will tell :^_^:

Well, you stand corrected :-D Now, a few hours later, i'm still on the island - unable to leave, unless i catch him those annoying nasty fishies he likes so much :) I didn't even think about getting the xp from the actual fishing. I never checked it, i just assmued it was like when fishing for app. rating at MTK, where you hardly recieve any xp/fish at all.. Seems like theres no way to avoid this?

No.. this is not some spoiler of an upcomming quest with Evil Bob! Sorry to disappoint you :-D Anyhow - i've gotten my self into a little "odd" situation. Even though its a rather rare random event, i got the one with Evil Bob on his fishing island, and as far as i remember, ur forced to recieve fishing xp as reward. Well im 63xp from getting 99 fishing, and.. i kinda planed to lvl somewhere else, rather than right after i finish this random event :blink: So.. does anyone know if there is some way to avoid this, or is it actually optional which xp u gain? (Hometele is no good)
