Well don't get torso whatever you do, the amount of effort for the armor isn't worth it. But i would recoomend full verac armor with d boots and barrow gloves and guthan helmet for the best defence bonus.

So uh yeah i stumbled across this (literally) when i was importing kegs of beer into the camelot bank :XD: Requirements: 45 mage Done The Fremennik Trials Around 1k laws An air staff Around 300k So go to camelot and make sure you equip an air staff, 300k and 1k laws. Head north west of the seers bank, up north left of the river until you come to the path that leads over the bridge (basically just walk to fremennik from the seers bank) then go to Thora in the main hall (directly north of the entrance) and buy 26 kegs of beer. Then teleport back to camelot and deposit all of your kegs of beer, repeat this for an hour and then sell all your kegs of beer for 325gp each at The Grand Exchange, you make around 350gp profit per load (that includes use of law runes to get back to camelot) so you make around 200k per hour. Have fun :D

You know those high flags on the pole (standards) that you can make at POH, are they tradeable?

Before you answer my question i am referring to the battlestaff that does not have an orb on it. Can you craft a battle staff you know just the plain one? Or do u have to buy it from the shop?
