the closest I've been scammed by a friend is buying a green dhide legs for the price of a full set.....flash forward a few months, and he wants membership on my secured credit card! not gonna happen. as for people I met on Runescape, but not in person, yeah, I've been scammed by some of them. in fact, I'm going to put a few of them on ignore right now, now that I think about it.... :evil:

Hey guys, If you've ever wondered why "bots" became popular with runescape, think back To Ultima Online and those accounts with a mansion and a million gold sold at ebay for REAL Thousands of dollars. This is my first recollection of the greedy darker side of gaming.... Yes, before World of Warcraft, before Everquest, there was Richard Garriot's Ultima Online. As for the future of Runescape itself: My friends say it will go on for 10 more years. I feel that 5 more years is way to long for any game's popularity. I can't wait for losers like Zezima and anybody who joined Runescape before 2003 (when the Jagex grinch stole Christmas) have a nervous breakdown for their little obsession suddenly disappearing! :boohoo:

lets see... there's my first and main: kwarlord second character (when my main got frozen because of credit issues...) : kwarlord2000 Emperorkang was suppossed to be my pker and Scatmanbebop was/is going for a 99 fishing skill. so that's 4...guess im not doing as good as the rest of you, eh? :)

I tend to play Runescape for about 2 hours, then go read a book. When I'm on my laptop, I usually watch videos or play Morrowind. I'd get plenty bored if I spent my entire free-time playing Runescape.

Sorry closest furnace to bank is al-kharid, but yes edgeville (as a f2per) is no good unless your going pking Umm.. Port Phasymyst (sp?) Or edgville wtih the varrock armour.. Gosh we are talking free world here, not members.... and I think Al-kharid's furnace is the same distance as west bank of Falador.

Falador for the the closest furnace to a bank, in a f2p town, that is Varrock for the anvil near the west bank (I even use this one in members for its ease of use) To me, Edgevile is only good for the members slayer master and a charged amulet of glory to get there quickly.

Market price....I guess. Actually I could do without evan that, since I high-alch the stuff I dont need.

and of course, go to port sarim and buy unlimited feathers at the fishing shop for 6gp each. ....that could get expensive. -.-
