How not be fascinated by it? To me, something that can generate such strong emotions feels like it was created by a person who has a perfect understanding of the mind.

Well, it's different. I can't be grossed out by human death, either. It just doesn't do it for me. When it's something like animals being hurt, then that makes me feel a little bit bad. But this isn't not that kind of scary. This is more the kind of disturbing things. I can't really explain it but it makes me horribly uneasy. If it were to exist in real life, it would be the kind of thing that my mind would perceive as a threat.
