I'm very new to the game, (Been playing for 30 minutes) but I don't see how other players cant respect Capes Of Achievement, Congratulations on the cape! (Yes, I say congratulations, not grats, congrats or grtz.)

I just started, and I asked someone to take me to the wizard tower for a quest, and they said 'I only take smart players places, not ugly noobs like you'.

I didn't quite get what it was.. so I looked it up. And it seems that the term 'Achievement' cape seems to sound right :P. I just started my first RS account about 10 minutes ago, and I SWEAR ON MY LIFE I WILL HAVE AT LEAST 1 99 SKILL BY THIS DATE NEXT YEAR.
