Hi, I was wondering if I could kill Green Dragons with these stats: Attack: 50 defense: 50 Strength: 65 Prayer: 32 HP: 57 Magic: 39 I also have 77 Fishing and 72 Woodcutting, so I can gather cash So if I can kill them could I make any cash?

The only way you can change your assignment is if you go to another master. And if the assignment came from burthorpe, you cant change it.
