I find it kind of ironic that you quit runescape so that you can do other more "productive" things with your time yet you say you play age of mythology instead. You go from one game to another. Yes you probably don't play as much but that's still time you could use for reading or exercising which ultimately has no real benefit other than achieving things you want. Reading for example, is nothing more than diving into a different world and spending all that time not gaining anything but a story unfolding before you. If that's the case then you can obviously say that a game is the same way. Yes reading will increase your vocabulary but so will playing a game more often than not. It's still not really producing anything other than pleasure in your mind. Exercising can extend your life expectancy but there are several people who just simply use the walking they do during the way as exercise and are perfectly healthy and live a long life. Exercising to gain muscle on the other hand gives nothing really productive. Yes you have increased muscle, but what are you going to use that muscle for? Are you going to enter a contest where muscles are the main requirement? Those are still just things you want to do. Not anything you have to do to live. You could say that the muscle would help you move the things around the house and various other things. Well for example when are you going to try to move a large screen television by yourself. You would normally have somebody else help you and two to three people can handle something like that. The point im trying to make here is that that time that you spend playing rs COULD be used for more productive things but you more often than not still only do things that you want to do and not have to.
