    of course they do, its way underpowered, the max damage is 30. melee max can be 99 possibly range max can be 50+ the runes are ok, MANA/ MAGIC POWER would be horrible because we would have to wait for it to recharge, this way we can cast as many spells as we have runes, i wouldnt change it
