Thanks for the CC. Sorry its been so long but i haven't even been able to get on RS in 3 days...so much school work anyways heres my latest sig: Let me know wat u think! My latest programming project is a cheap kind of space invaders so i figure i'd provide you with a screen shot of my progress so far. Hopefully when i get it done i can find somewhere to let ppl download it. It'll be at least a week b4 i could let anyone download just b/c i can't release any kind of files in case someone tries to see the code and copy my project. anyways Heres a screen shot. by the way this is all being coded in java and its only my 15th week o learning java, or any other programming language besides HTML. Just to make wat u see there is 290 lines of code.

Well Once i posted the correct version of the Megan Fox sig when it was right next to the wrong one it seemed boring :-s and the text seemed to bold it wasn't blending right. So i decided to add back in the C4D layer set it to color blend and mess with the fill and opacity setting then and an inner shadow and glow for the text backdrop so it blended better. Finally i got something I'm happy with. It had to be right cause she seriously looks amazing. I saved it at 29.72kb so it looks as good as possible for when i use it later(and i definitely be using it)

Heres another new one and after the screw up with the last one i think im gonna actually use the preview button :lol: . Anyways this sig is of a Retualist (WoW i think :?: ) I'm having some trouble with this one I got 2 versions of it (with reordered layer and 1 layer thats a splattered and displaced copy of the render) the problem is i can't decide which one i like better. To solve the problem I'm just gonna post both and give it away Whoever gets it gets to choose the version they like best (not my problem anymore :thumbsup: ) Heres Retualist_v1: And Heres Retualist_v2: By the way is Retualist spelled right it looks funny (the guy who rendered it spelled it that way) :?:

Well I've got 7 minutes to spare to go until tomorrow and i finally got my new one done and uploaded. I went with a render of Megan Fox b/c she may just be the hottest person to ever walk the earth (for those who don't know who she is if u've seen transformers shes Mikaela Banes) I finally used my Electric Curl brushes i downloaded and i got like 30 new fonts to try out. Not a whole lot of blending going on just enough so it doesn't look bad.Anyways before it becomes tomorrow (gotta get at least one on here for today) here it is EDIT: I realized when I went to go post my new one that i actually saved the wrong version of this sig i had meant to remove the C4D layer b/c it disorted it so much anyways this is what it should of been :roll: . I think yall agree that this sig is much cleaner looking. So much for getting one on yesterday. :(

Thanks everyone for all the comments. I have been away from my computer all day :shock: . I'll work on using more medium colors to change the lighting. I'm going to go on dafont to get some more ones (finding good ones is hard I've downloaded like 10 that looked kool an first but once u install it doesn't work the same :( ) Oh well im not sure what I'm doing next seeing [wagon] i just got on the computer and when i opened the lid it warned me about an unexpected shutdown :( oh well gotta see what all that about. It always does this stuff when i'm not on. but work amazing when im on maybe its Spy Sweeper cause it was scheduled to boot last night #-o .

Thanks for the CC i was gonna give this one away but when photoshop stopped responding i never had the chance to save the .psd So im using it i can't let it go to waste. #-o . Anyways I got the new sig done with Toonami Tom in it. I think it looks pretty good. I tried out the stoke tip woopidoo2 gave me but i didn't realize it wasn't gonna expand the sig so its a little shorter than the others. The text I did differently this time. b/c there was no place to place white or blue text andwhere without it getting washed out by the background i placed another layer behind the text but a black box behind the text, erased around the text with a small brush, and then merged them together and set the blending to darken so that the background would show through. Let me know what yall think. With all that said here it is :P

Thanks for to CC. I haven't gotten any done so far today my friends just left we were up till like 2 AM playing Rock Band :twisted: . Anyways im about to start a new one using this render EDIT: W00t this thread has 50 post :P

Thanks for the tip I've been just changing the canvas size when i get done then i have to go through all the layers and erase anything that overlaps, Sometime stuff slips through unnoticed until it gets posted.

Thanks for the comments I actually left the pixely part there to contrast the different between the background and the render. without it all focus on the image started to be lost. Anyways I had time to make another signature cause my friend wanted to see how I do it and so i made this. Hes not much of a forum browser knida guy so Im also giving this one away just look under the request fold on the first post and be the first one to ask to get it. let me know what yall think

No Problem. I may move the list to the first post to make it more accessible to anyone else who may want the information for there own work. :-k I have some friends coming over for a couple of days so i won't be making as many sigs as usual as my RS time will be down. I'll try and get at least one done tonight and post it here.

Also I've you haven't noticed I'm offering a couple I've made for free and also taking request just read the request fold on the first post.

The lighting effect caused it to look like there was dirt on his cheeks. So i flipped the lighting to the opposite direction. He still has a dark-ish spot on his cheek but now it looks much better not like dirt. I also put this together. I'm not a big Zelda Fan so if anyone wants to use it just PM me and i'll change the name.

I got another one already anyways heres some another one i made to pracitce using C4D's again and lighting effects.

I got the sig done and tried a lot of new things in this one. The most important thing i tried is adding lighting effects. \ I made the light come from the top right from where shes looking. I also added a hue/saturation layer to adjust the color of the C4D's i used since i was going for a particular look I went with many different color C4D's to get the look then i added the hue/saturation layer to make them gold-ish. I like the way it turned out. Let me know what you think :P EDIT: I just noticed that the lighting effects made the blending less noticable around the cape area, but as soon as i noticed windows notified me that photoshop stopped working and i can't recover the psd version of the sig all i had saved was the jpg web version :shock: anyways i still don't think it looks bad. Oh Well can't do anything about it now.

No Problem let me know if u ever want another one i can use the practice :P Thanks for the comment this was the first time i tried using C4D's in my sig and I like how it turned out (I got the idea to use em from Runemetsa's video) I also got some psd files to displace the background the C4D's were placed on (I had read about it but wasn't real sure how they worked until i saw it again in Runemetsa's video) I'll be using this render next. And I think i'll go for a gold-ish background

Well heres the new one i promised. I made it for my sister and she choose the font (I think it looks weird). Anyways since im never gonna use it if anyone want to use it let me know and i'll switch the name (and font if wanted). Anyways here it is: I tried not to over blend this time.

Thanks for the comments The focus shift was something i was trying out I'm glad you noticed :thumbsup: . I was trying something new out on the text but on the second one i just changed the blending instead of smudging it into the background. I noticed that too, not many people who start with making signatures improve so fast. I would like to see your work in 2 months time. :wink: Thanks both of you. I like getting feedback and being able to improve my work. The links and comments yall have provided have been invaluable. I decided on this render for my next signature.I'll post it soon :o I'll be focusing in on the face. So most of it won't be in the sig cause i don't wanna shrink the image to much.

Where to u get ur .psd files?

I made this sig earlier but forgot to post it :wall: Anyways the render wasn't to great i got started and once it way on a background i noticed it still had a lot of white(apparently the guy who rendered it just used a magic wand :shame: )I wasn't about to clean it up thats why i download others render so i don't have to, but once i started it i went ahead and kept going I don't think it turned out to bad but it definetly would be better with a clean render. Anyways here it is once again i went with the 400x120 size i like it better for certain renders especially wide ones. Let me know wat yall think. By the way the text is called baphomet in case anyone wants it.

Here my new sig I tried out a new size its 400x120 instead of 400x150. I like the size cause it gives it a more panoramic view. Instead of just putting the text into a separate layer then adding another layer on top of that This time I added it into the blended layer and smudged some blending onto the text. I also worked on the blending more I smudged the render then smudged the blue back over some of the smudged render. I think it looks a lot better than my other sigs and its much cleaner looking. Let me know wat you think. I also increased the size of the border from 1px to 2px's

Thanks for the Comments. I actually add all the borders last when i start out on the sig i set the height to 148 and an the end i expand it to 150 then add a layer on the bottom. I actually added a 1px orange border to it that looked nice when you're zoomed in a little but when i posted it at actual size it blended in to much I'll probably go back and change it remove his name add in mine and use it later I also got my Mouse of my laptop its the Logitech MX Revolution I think im in love no more touchpad screw ups :thumbsup:
