You may want to try to clean out your browser cache - I'm going to assume you are using Internet Explorer. Tools>>Internet Options>>Delete Files (check the box too)>>Ok Now, reset your browser settings From the Internet Options box, click the Advanced tab, and choose 'Restore Defaults', click 'Apply' and 'Ok' Restart once again, see if that helps.

You need a 3rd party application to do that on Windows XP. No, he is saying create an extra account on your computer so you could keep a completely different screen resolution on his rs only account. No offense, but if you uninstalled your disk drive, windows 2000 would automatically install the default drivers upon a reboot. You would have to take no action to install the disk drive, if it is not working, it is most likely a hardware failure and not a driver issue. If you have a computer made by a large company (dell, gateway, hp, compaq, e-machine, etc.), you should be able to find the drivers for your computer via their website under the support section. Just type in your computers' model number into the search support.
