There is no formula just go to Runescape.com manuel skills magic the click on something like battle spells or ancient magics and it gives you the max hit of each spell

Can anyone tell me a world(if there is one) where people go to give out thier trout/salmon they fish in barb village. I plan on fishing and don't feel like making bank trips or droping them, they might as well be used.

I have 125 mith ores ill be making mith bars when i get coal.
