Maybe yaks could be good xp too, they almost never hit. They got something like 50hp and almost no def. If not I would stick with monkey guards on Ape Atoll with dharock and melee praying.

Maybe yews in a membs world but f2p spots. Or the thing I do (takes long for good xp and ok money) Assuming youre a memb chop yews, buy nats and bowstrings then fletch and high alch. While doing that I also grow up irits and toadflax herbs to sell too. Seems good to me since I get nice amount of xp. Hope I`ve helped.

Polnars method is good, there isnt much you can do at f2p... I would stick to yews or probably fish lobsters and selling the raw on GE. Hope I`ve helped.
