I prefer the scientific approach. When I embark on a goal, I like to know how long it'll take and how much it'll cost. However, sometimes I do prefer more entertaining methods with a degree of change than something very repetitive for ages. I don't like making goals seem like something that I have to do, if I don't fancy doing it, then I'll go do something fun for a bit, and then get back to training. Overall, I try to get a good mix of relaxed and scientific, but tend to go more for something quick, but not boring.
