How do a high-levelled player attack a Revenant Imp and how do a low-levelled player attack a Revenant Knight, etc.?

Trimmed Skillcapes have +4 Prayer bonuses and all Skillcapes can boost the corresponding levels to 100

I think that skillcapes are better (except the "fast" ones, e.g. Fletching, Cooking, etc.), because you need more patience for a 99 skill and quests are too easy.
