In answer to your question - nothing! In some ways I admire someone who has "bought" their 99 skill. Not for the fact that they have the "99", but for the sheer willpower to overcome the mind-numbing tedium of doing the same thing hour after hour, day after day. I'm afraid doing that would send me to the funny farm.
