On the Tip.It item database, mattress is spelled wrong in the examine.

The examine is incorrect, "A rather elegant skirt." The correct examine is:

Under Skill Hall, under Rune Case 1, the description says "Decoration (level 14 Runecrafting required; gives some RC xp)." the correct amount of experience is: 25. For the second Rune Case, the amount is: 25 Bagged Evergreens (Menagerie) are only 45k.

Today, I was getting up my Construction, when my Butler asked me for 5k. I was thinking, "This man never leaves my house, what does he do with the 5k?" What do you think they do with the money? I personally think that whenever we use coinshare and get a split. That's what pays it off.

In location and uses, you should add a period on the end. In Notes, it says "If you destroy this item, you will need add another enchanted diamond dust to a mountain irit potion (unf)" I believe it should say "If you destroy this item, you will need to add another enchanted diamond dust to a mountain irit potion (unf)." The examine says "The dried root of an extinct plant" should contain a period after plant. The "loose" thing is same with this one too and the diamond root dust, mountain irit potion, enchanted diamond root dust, that's it so far... Fix, thanks! Crew: Done

The examine has a misspelling in it, the site says "desgin" should be spelled "design" and in the "Notes" section it spells lose wrong, says loose. The loose thing is the same with the Vial of Mountain Water. Fix pl0x, thanks. Crew: Done
