Hey guys, I'm doing a family feud game for school in which we need 100 legitiment answers, and figured I could put it up here and see what happens :) The quiz is 7 questions, you can put in 1 answer, hopefully the first thing that comes to mind. Photoshop still needs that spellcheck feature.. :P Also, its mostly filler text, im not too worried about punctuation right now, the quote is also more of a stylistic thing than an actual grammatically correct quote.

Theres going to be categories down the right side, dont know if you can see the faint box that's there, may need to darken that a bit. Thanks for the comments tho :)

WIP..... :P It'll be a blog type layout, meaning there will be posts to the bottom of the page. I just wanted to know how it was so far. And good stalk btw, posting less than 5mins after I did :D

Multiples of 5 are bad, really should only use multiples of 2, it uses the least CPU, because it doesnt need to go half steps.

You could also use some jQuery and cycle through a "Spotlight section" with one video thumbnail and a small description. If you were to do that, you could probably get away with the 3 column layout.

Ehh, it doesnt flow at all, because the widths are off for the boxes below, either go 4 column or 3 column, not a mix.

Just pretty much tile that section down, I think it would be best. And avoid using that image again for the header IMO. But if its temporary, ignore this comment completely. And make sure to fix up your dropdown widths, along with a slightly different color for the dropdown's bg.

Go for a fully fluid webpage maybe? the tipit homepage is a good example. Just size almost everything using %'s widths in your CSS.

I cant figure out if your trying to create a stand-alone site that has the same kind of style as onlineaion.com or if your just adding a page. Either way, make it quite different for the first option, or make it more similar. I think the design is too simplistic at the moment. Add a consistent navigation. If you have a blog-styled homepage, maybe try blog-styled video posts? Either way, its not close enough or far enough away to the homepage to fit.

Yeah, tables are historic when it comes to HTML coding now. They are slow and clunky. And dont look good as a full website. I would recommend that you browse around sites such as http://www.net.tutsplus.com before you start doing websites for people :P Edit: Also, if you plan on using free hosting, I would recommend www.000webhost.com (your site has been down to me for a while now)

It was 200$ for the whole site. So <10$ per page, due to all the products.

Haha, I honestly just started by simply applying for everything I thought I would be capable of doing, lots of people are willing to give people with little to no experience a shot because if you do a good job, they just got something nice really cheap. That's how I've fleshed out my portfolio so far. Also, being able to design and code is very helpful, instead of just being a designer or just a coder.

Its not my favorite either, but I allowed Sam to design, and I coded. He used Myriad Pro everywhere, its not toio bad though. I picked up this offer from someone I had a different job going on from. I dont personally know them as they live halfway across the world. It was. Also, in the final coded version there were no gradients on the text, so that removes like 4 :P
