  1. 500M? I wish lmao. Will make 2.6m iron darts which will be worth approx 23m.
  2. Am going to dump iron darts in grand exchange lol, hopefully they'll all sell eventually.. And i don't use spirit kyatts just because of the cost of the pouches. I'm too much of a cheapskate. : Thanks crusader btw, glad you like.
  3. I am using all ore to get 99 smithing next lol, 2.6m iron darts. 99 smithing and 97 fletching in the process. Then the money finally gets released to me. \
  4. I just got 97 mining on Runescape, and i felt only right to share it since i now have a huge morale boost and am ready to go sprinting for level 98 and then 99! I plan to keep you posted. At the time of this post, i have 187,000 iron ore banked from mining. By the end, i should have 260,000 so fingers crossed for me please! I've also edited on a picture of my bank, just because i have received some pm's calling me a liar basically about the iron ore. So, here's for the sceptics.. =D>
  5. Well sorry, but if you refer to my joining date. It was not that long ago and i am not going to go through all the history of the tip.it forums to check whether my idea has already been used. Thank you for pointing it out though and i'm sorry. = ) It's fun to do again so who cares? ;P
  6. Lmao, i loved this one, certainly my favourite so far.
  7. Lmao, love them. :) Made me laugh out loud irl. =D>
  8. I was talking to my friend on RS and we came to a debate about what we would write on our tombstones if we could personalise our tombstones. (I think it's a very good idea btw, someone should suggest it to RS) But anyway, it seemed to be quite a funny topic so i decided to make this thread to see what you'd all have written on your tombstone if you could personalise it. I would have "If found, please return to (Account Name)" My friend said she'd have "I beg you to bless my tombstone.. x" And another of my friends said he'd just have "I died?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" So let's have your input! Remember the tombstone isn't the largest of surfaces so keep them shortish! ;P Unless you're going to write a paragraph on size 6 font on them.
  9. Yeah, i think repairing gravestones for people has just become the common thing to do, since they don't get stuff from your death anymore, they have nothing to gain from you dying so the selfish attribute is lessened. I've always repaired gravestones for other people. It's a nice feeling to get to help someone from losing potentially alot of moneys worth and to just let them lose it is so cruel in my opinion. I would have certainly been offended by someone like the person in your scenario. If they just didn't repair it so not to repair it then it is very harsh. If however, they had a reason not to such as being low on prayer points themself, then i'd be fine with it. But in your case, the guy was harsh. It just goes to show, even when people have nothing to gain, you still can't trust some people to be nice. Sorry about your stuff.
  10. Lol, i am too old for my mum to really disagree how i spend my time on the pc. I attend college so as long as i am not a hobo just doing nothing with my life, she's fine with me. I must make a comment though, i know about 4 or 5 people on RS who are parents, and got into it via their children. Would any of you suggest to your parents trying the game. :P But anywho, my mum has no problem with Runescape, she just comes in my room occasionally and says "Still chipping them rocks?" (I'm mining) and that is it.
  11. Yeah, you have a similar view to me. I've put too much into my RS account to just drop it for any other game. I'd certainly give mechscape a test run. See what it's like. It's also aimed at a more mature audience than RS so that would appeal to me. So i might end up playing both if it's actually good, otherwise i'd stick with RS.
  12. Such a debatable subject, here's how i pronounce them :P Lumbridge - Lum-Bridge Varrock - Varr-ock Falador - Fa-la-dor Port Phasmatys - Port Fas-ma-tees Ardounge - Ar-Doyn (I used to pronounce it other until the quest said it was Ardoin) Tiranwnn - Tie-ran (Tricky one, i've always thought the w to be silent.) Lletya - Le-Leet-ya Piscatoris Fishing colony - Pee-sca-tor-is Trollheim - Troll-hime Burthrope - Bur-thorp That's what i've always called them by except Ardougne, i used to call it "Ar-doo-gun" until that quest came out and changed it! #-o
  13. Lol yeah, i know mine must be terrible. I muddle certain parts of some quests into others trying to recollect them. I end up helping people do parts of 5 different quests instead of the one quest they need. :-#
  14. I just thought of another reason i deleted someone once. I have a quest cape so the guy always asked me about specifics in quests. And having a quest cape doesn't make it easier to help, it makes it harder, i could never remember what the quest was about yet alone the answer to their question. Anyway, one day he asked me a question on a quest and i genuinely couldn't remember the answer and he asked it again just worded differently so i didn't think it was worth the hassle and removed him.
  15. I had an odd encounter about a week ago while i was mining. A level 129 came on my spot in an attempt to steal ore. I was beating him to it so he began conversation. Him: "Omg how are you getting it all?" Me: "I have the advantage of experience and a high mining level i guess." Him: "Wats your minin, im 74." Me: "That'll be why, i'm 95." Him: "Well im probably better than you in every other skill noob." Me: "Maybe, but i doubt that will be able to help you in this predicament." Him: "You try to act like a 50 yr old." Me: "No, i just know how to spell correctly." Him: "im switching, ent hanging out with noob like you." I also had another one days ago with another high level who confronted me when competing for my ore. He was level 114 i think. It was brief and went along these lines: Him: "Mining level?" Me: "95. You?" Him: "dont lie." Me: "Check the highscores if you don't believe me.. :S" Him: "Cba what is it relly?" Me: "It really is 95, i have 146,000 ore in bank, i can show if you want." -He agrees, i go and note all of my ore and show him- Him: "That just makes you sad. as if you would mine all of that." Me: "Well i don't think i'd be able to get to 99 mining if i didn't mine it." Him: "sad noob, mining is for noobs." -He then logged, i presume he gave up trying to argue-
  16. I have a small thing that annoys me over time. When i'm mining iron and a stupid impling flies infront of my click so i end up running half a mile away from the colony until i click back on my screen and notice. Those implings aim for my mouse click, it's where they get off their thrills.
  17. This is going to sound REALLY stuck up of me, but once i deleted some guy just because he always expected me to come and help him constantly, like he forgot a knife or something and had to teleport and was in the middle of nowhere and he wanted me to go out everytime to fix it. That's the lamest reason i've deleted someone lol.
  18. I wish i could get back on RS-Classic too. First off as for people who complain about the apparent "whinging" of RS Classic, you may notice that the point of this forum is to debate, and the topic is RS Classic in this particular section. Ergo, debating about RS Classic does include the point of bringing it back. So if you can't grasp that concept, keep your nose out of the thread, because this is what the forum section is for. Back to the point, i agree that they should take down this thing where you have to have played within 6 months for you to be able to access it. It's absolutely absurd, i play RS2 now but the chance to go back on RS Classic to play on my old accounts and maybe even pk would be something i'd relish. It was such a basic game but sometimes, the more simplistic a game is, the better. I certainly think that's the case for classic. It's a relic which should be available for people to see.
