  1. While it does seem that the Giant Scarab (level-191) is weak to magical attacks, multi-way spells (like Ice Burst from Ancient Magicks spellbook) didn't seem to hit multiple enemies (the Scarab Mage was standing beside Giant Scarab). Also, I would advise killing the Scarab Mage when it appears then focusing back on the Giant Scarab, because he hits hard with magic if you're not protecting from it. Cowman EDIT: Under Tips, Tricks & Notes, the Genie lamps can give you xp in Summoning.
  2. Under Suggested Items, there should be quite a few things put there, since you have to go to Falador and Port Sarim from Isafdar Arandar: - A quick way to get to the Tyras camp is a Charter ship (from ports like Catherby, Brimhaven, or Port Sarim) or a Teleport Crystal to Lletya (must have started Mourning's End Part 1). - Combat Bracelet or Falador Teleport tablet/runes to get to the Dwarven Mines. - Falador Teleport tablet/runes, Glory Amulet teleport to Draynor, or Explorer Ring(3) to Cabbage Patch for the trip to Port Sarim. - From Port Sarim, go south to take the Charter to Tyras Camp, or use Teleport Crystal to get to Lletya. ======================================================= When you finish the quest, it lists "No friendly-fire with catapult in Castle Wars" as a reward, so that should be taken out of Tips, Tricks & Notes and put into the Reward section instead.
  3. At Step 7, I think there should be a picture showing exactly where you enter the maze, because it's not a conventional entrance (not like one found at a hedge maze), so I spent like 10 mins running around trying to find out where the entrance was. Under the Wizard Burial mini-quest section, you actually receive the 100 Law and 200 Blood Runes at the same time, and the 10k Magic xp after the burial. Under the Jade Vine mini-game section, it should be discovered whether or not the Inferno Adze (level 3 reward from the Beacon Network minigame) can be wielded instead of a regular Woodcutting axe while fighting the Jade Vine (even though a Rune Axe has substantially better stats). EDIT: If there's anyone who wants to post screenshots of these corrections, go ahead. I've finished the quest so I'm unable to do so.
  4. Under Suggested Items, Lit Torch should be put there, so you can smoke the traps and it'll be easier to trap the "pests". =================================================================== Under Tips, Tricks & Notes, Hunter is NOT raised by 8; I have 48 Hunter and my level is temporarily increased to 55, so I suspect that the Mud Pool increases your Hunter by 15%. Also, my HP is increased from 75 to 90, so I suspect that the Thermal Pool increases max HP by 20%. And the Salt-water Pool gives me about 20 minutes of infinite energy at 70 Agility, give or take 2 minutes. =================================================================== The Ogress monsters can be trapped behind the plants used to smoke the bugs away from the pool, so this way you can gather the plants without being attacked. =================================================================== There's a charter to Oo'glog east of the resort, so you can take a charter from places like Catherby, Brimhaven and Port Sarim, for quick access to the pools. =================================================================== You can continue on with the quest using a Hunter Potion (+3 Hunter) if you don't meet the Hunter requirements, but the Baby Platypi require 48 Hunter to trap, so you'll have to constantly keep drinking pots to stay at 48 while you try and trap em (I spent like 20 mins trying to trap em using potions and no lit Torch). Check out my first screenie, and look at the Hunter XP. If you subtract the Hunter XP reward from my current XP, you'll know that I finished the quest with 46 Hunter. EDIT: If there's anyone who wants to post screenshots of these corrections, go ahead. I've finished the quest so I'm unable to do so.
  5. During Step 7 (Salvation), when you fight Sigmund, wait until he activates his prayer before using the Ancient Mace special, otherwise the special will not work, and you'll have to wait for the special bar to refill before you can use it again. Also, if you go back up the ladder before defeating Sigmund, it'll reset the entire fight, meaning Sigmund will have full health when you go back down (however, there are no guards up the ladder, so you don't have to worry about getting caught). EDIT: If there's anyone who wants to post screenshots of these corrections, go ahead. I've finished the quest so I'm unable to do so.
