Technically, it's Jagex's spot. They created the game and therefore literally own it. You should be thankful that they allow people like you (the people to complain about everything) to even play the game.

As I said, I hopped worlds and got 99 Ranged. Then I decided to come here and let you know how retarded some people are.

Only the strong survive. Learn to fight for the spot or move on. Or in this case create a rant in which you could've gotten the xp required to get 99 and would never had to of complained.

That probably didn't help the situation at all. If you would've more polite and had explained the situation, I'm sure they would've been more understanding. I would have left, but as soon as you said that I would've stayed and done the same thing that they did. If you act rude to people right off the bat, that changes the outcome of the situation. And 50k would be easy enough to make up somewhere else.
