    I don't see any reason for Jagex not to bestow the Capes of Accomplishment to all deserving Free-Players. One of the biggest arguments I see is that F2P'ers have to achieve such an amazing feat 'without' the use of member benefits. I acquiesce to that thought. Jagex have stated that Capes of Achievements are available to those who 'earn' the right to aquire one; Not to those who 'buy' the right to obtain it. Of course, there are also many conflicting opinions to this debate; however, I feel that my view lays on the uniform side, where everyone should have the right to show off their accomplishments. Just my thoughts... - Jupp_War
