i've got no problem with f2pers getting the skillcapes, :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: but the one argument i have against the idea is F2P PvP. a skill cape is the second strongest defense boost of any cape in the game, and you could have lvl 3 skillers with skill capes owning in same level combat, because of the 9 extra defense boosts. it is also a non-proportionate boost when compared to the F2P Armour. in members armour a cape represents less than 10% of the defense bonus, but when compared to F2P armour this number increases exponentially. :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

i personally have cooking, quest, fletching capes. Quest is the hardest of the 3, because it requires constant maintenance. how would you like it if every week you had to cut another thousand willows or cage another thousand lobsters, just to keep your skillcape. :?: (yeah go ahead and say they're easy -_- :shame: ) To throw a a cat amongst the pigeons, i also have the elusive "fire" cape. this cape has BETTER status bonuses in everything except prayer. (and, if you are praying you don't need defence bonus, and if you're not praying then extra def + str bonus wins ;) while quest, cooking and fetching took several weeks each, the fire cape took my all of 3 hours on the successful attempt. I spent less than 1 mil, and it was almost enjoyable.
