Before I start, please make note my Herblore is level 85, my crafting is 80 and my defense is 93. For double xp weekend I realllly wanted to get 92 herblore. It seems as if all avantoe/anti fire potions are bought up, so I am stuck. I thought I could get 90 crafting, but emeralds are bought up too. Which brings me to the question, I am huge into monster hunting. Should I just get 99 defense via power training? Then when I hit 1.1x just use up my summoning charms?

Thanks man, I know it will be thats why I'm gathering charms casually. I just put an offer in for 650 torstols and I already have the supplies for 750 overloads so hopefully this will get me 93-95 herblore on double xp weekend if they ever buy. Oh and I got 99 strength and I'll upload the picture when I get home. You is now more proer than me.
