Well, for a german project I need to add a rainbow and some clouds into the background of a video using sony vegas 9. I thought it would be easy but I cant figure it out. How would I go about doing it? I just basically need to get the image on top layer of the video, without disrupting it.

I need more accurate information. I'm willing to spend up to 20m on 90-99 fletching.

I agree with Muggi. You may have to recharge them but it is wayy worth it. Robes take about a week to casually buy on the ge. A day or two if you do it right when an update occurs.
