Most likely not. Try going away from quick-chat worlds (if you're in one.) Could also be you've been muted by a mod, not by jagex im not in a quick chatworld ever... but as i said b4 i couldnt talk in the first place so it must be a bug of somesort im guessing... thanks....

Sorry i meant i can use quick chat and people respond... but i said i was over 13 and i dont know if i used arrow keys to accidentally change that in the registering process.... but thatnks for the help i guess i will ahve to deal with the silence of everything...lol :(
