dude i know what it is it's summing jagex does untill u've played rs for like certain amount of time happened to my mate so just wait a while and keep playing and eventually it should work

Vista is the upgrade from xp it doesnt take 30 mins for vista to load it takes about 1min (normal speed) so get vista if it doesnt work then you can easily just get xp
