Im gonna hit 70 in atk/str/def soon which has been a goal of mine for a little while. after doing this im gonna treat myself to a whip i think cause i see a lot of them and they seem to hit pretty reliably and pretty quick. would it be a good investment for me? also about training; how annoying does controlled get? cause id like to level em fairly together if i can after the 70 mark. yep thats f2p..just waiting for my membership to expire

Controlled is great, it's only bad if you can't go long without levelling. Anyhow, it's a good investment at any level. From 70 it's the best possible weapon you can get your hands on until 99. April 14, 200917 yr I did a lot of controlled fighting between att 92 and 96 Att, and was actually surprised how fast it was.....well not really faster, but it felt like more steady progress. And about the whip...it still is the best training weapon in game.

That is not much but if we get 10,000 million xp you will have wasted 100k xp. That times 3 is 300k xp compared to controlled. Not to mention that if you get 71/70/70 and then 71/71/70 and so on to 71/71/71 you will level faster then controlled from 70/70/70 to 71/71/71 because you get the boosts of 71 attack and str before you get 71/71/71. Controlled training is a bit slower, but if you don't want to use a scimitar and a sara sword is out of your reach, go for it. April 14, 200917 yr Author 1.4 mil then...well green drags and other methods it is then :D i actually prefer the d long over the scimmy....for pve stuff the specs better and although slower its slightly stronger yep thats f2p..just waiting for my membership to expire
April 14, 200917 yr I bought my whip about 2 years ago, and it's still my main weapon (never lost it). My favorite thing about it is it's fast rep rate with a high str bonus. Good times. With potting over 99, it does a lot of damage in a short period of time. :) KoAClan.org for adults

April 15, 200917 yr whips are awsome i had a whip but i sold after i realized i needed money lol :D but in the time i had my whip i must have done a green drags run in about 10 mins :P they own Heros come and Legends come but some can never forget Runescape~N0valyfe~he had no rares to fund his lvling to 99 and Zezima had Phats and Santas yet N0valyfe won his fame for those 2 weeks
